Kuwait City - The Document Controller shall be responsible for all office job related issues, requirements and administration work. Main Activities: Accurate and timely maintenance of files of office. Ensure that all secretarial activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Be proactive in identifying priorities, emergencies and important issues in connection with the day-to-day business needs. Handle all incoming and outgoing emails, correspondence and telephone calls and ensure that it is translated properly. Take minutes and type memos, letters and emails, in Arabic/English, as requested and ensure its correct archive. Ensure the organization of all administrative filling and referencing procedures. Perform other tasks as directed. Skills Graduate or diploma holders acceptable. Min 6 months to 1 years expereince & Maximem 5 years Excellent skills with computer productivity tools.
