Job Summary:
• Forecast annual sales targets and ensure they are met
• Forecast current and emerging industry trends to develop business case scenarios for new business
• Develop & own overall sales and marketing strategy for the service line to achieve revenue / profit targets
• Devise effective and competitive pricing structure for the services offered
• Work closely with management to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth
• Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects to develop new business
• Identify potential opportunities and the decision makers within the client organization
• Develop and execute the business plan and marketing plans
• Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
• Facilitate and orchestrate resources cross functionally to support sales efforts planning and preparing presentations
• Grow and retain existing clients by presenting new solutions and services to them
• Takes lead on the development of a long-term, strategic relationship with customers to ensure an on-going line of business suited to the company’s ambitions.
• Maintains a minimum/standard lead response time to customer to establish reliability, credibility& availability
• Strengthens brand recognition for market penetration
• Resolves client’s complaints and disputes arising in any of the contracts. Advises if legal action is required.
• Helps Company to register/pre-qualify for contractors, consultants, Government projects.
• Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business, and to market company’s end-to-end solutions.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
• Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
• Manage staffing and performances of the team to ensure that training needs are addressed for each individual.
• Continuously upgrade self and team’s professional and technical knowledge.
• Creates data, documentation and decisions repository for future decision making
