A. Ensure Bodyshop operations are managed within the guidelines of the After Sales Policies & Procedures Manual.
B. Review customer invoices and ensure accuracy in line with Policies and Procedures Manual.
C. Monitor financial, efficiency and productivity results of the service department daily to ensure monthly targets will be achieved. Report any deviations to immediate manager.
D. Monitor results of Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires and take appropriate action to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
E. Randomly inspect & road test at least one vehicle per week after quality control to ensure high levels of quality are maintained.
F. Regularly monitor competitors’ activities to ensure labour rates remain competitive whilst profitable.
G. Monitor execution and effectiveness of workshop incentive scheme.
H. Monitor that high safety and security standards are implemented and that workshop cleanliness is maintained at all times.
I. Ensure regular Bodyshop promotions are organised & monitor their progress & effectiveness.
J. Ensure that all information regarding the Bodyshop functions are well documented and filed, regular reports are issued on time and any deviations are reported and corrective action is taken.
K. Ensure Bodyshop buildings, and equipmen are managed & maintained in optimum condition.
L. Ensure cannibalisation policy strictly followed.
M. Actively market Bodyshop operations to ensure budgets are achieved.
N. Continually research new Bodyshop business opportunities and implement if viable and approved.
O. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by immediate manager.
