1. Conduct need analysis to determine most critical areas for improvement in training programs for retail staff in specific and office staff in general.
2. Analyze training needs to developed new training program or modify and improve existing program.
3. Designing modules and conducting training session to staff with classroom training, on job training, and workshops.
4. Development of potential coaches through a comprehensive coaching project, train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
