The Food & Beverage Manager is in charge of the smooth operation for the outlets, bars and In Villa Dinning. He/she collaborates with the Resident Manager to ensure that guests receive the highest level of food and beverages service at all times as according to resort policies and standards.
The Key Responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Manager are as follows:
- Management of the F&B Department and related sections.
- Regularly reviewing, developing and evolving the F&B concepts.
- Maximizing revenues and controlling costs.
Leading team motivation and productivity.
Ensuring maximum guest comfort and satisfaction. - Defining, implementing and maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
- Ensuring that the synergies between outlets work and that the person fosters and maintains a team ethic at all times.
- Assisting in HR and Staff Welfare activities as and when required.
- Financial planning and management of the F&B budget.
