Provide expertise on organic farming practices, including soil and water management, approved pest control, and organic standards and certifications. Define technical aspects of organic farming at an operational level, including development of Crop and Harvest manuals for farm operations. Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure compliance with organic farming standards. Develop necessary reporting procedures and forms, and ensure compliance.
