Al Ahmadi, Kuwait - Review Case and Legal matters Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and articles Organize and maintain records, files, and track cases. Develop reports on cases and legal matters. Draft correspondence (in Arabic and English) and legal documents Assist in research and information collection gathering. Follow up litigation processes law offices, courts and other government entities. Use technology and software for document management. Help prepare contracts, agreements, and company governance reports. Monitor and review government regulations, to ensure awareness of new legal requirements Very good knowledge of the different legal and court procedures Skills Key Skills Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and staff.
