Kuwait - We are looking to hire a Front desk and DO Coordinator to execute all day-to-day coordination and organizing of the reception desk requests. Attending and transferring telephone calls, being the first point of contact for all customer, visitor, and employees when entering Panalpina Kuwait and support different departments within our organization. Responsibilities Understands and ensures adherence to Panalpina Quality Policies, Standards and Guidelines (according to ISO 9’001, ISO 14’001 and ISO 18’001 certification) and ensures compliance to processes and procedures set in Panalpina IMS Ensures strict adherence to Panalpina Code of Conduct Coordinates the centralized switchboard of Panalpina Kuwait Takes over the responsibility for all mail coming to PA Kuwait or going out, being the point of contact for different courier services Uses registered travel agents in each country and execute ticket bookings.
