Kuwait City - Ensure all incoming and outgoing documentation is correctly filed in accordance with office systems, and in a timely manner. Typical duties include but not limited to: Register incoming mail and facsimiles Register outgoing mail and facsimiles Distribute incoming mail and facsimiles to appropriate staff Set up files for new projects or administrative purposes as necessary Ensure files are structured in accordance with office systems, or as required by the relevant project manager File all documentation in the appropriate files within 3 days of documentation being sent for filing Assist with preparing all outgoing mail for dispatch (by facsimile, post, courier, or direct delivery as appropriate Skills 1 year experience in document management, paper and computer based filing systems.
