SPOT/LOA Administrator also serves as the CAC Administrator Responsible for the SOC operation of the DEERs/RAPIDS CAC system located at the MDIOC facility Primary responsibility will be to produce Common Access (CAC) Identification Cards for MDA Civilians, Military, and DoD Contractors Collect the data needed for both CACs and LOAs. Access the US Army G2 database and enter employee/candidate's data. Once the data is approved / authorized for a CAC, upload the personal info to the Contract Specialist by using AMRDEC SAFE. Receives the username and password from the Contract Specialist once the CAC initiation process is complete.
