Kuwait - Responsible for the delivery for all Human Resources Support Services such as personnel files, time & attendance, leaves and ensure that activities are carried out in a timely and effective manner. HR Services Responsibilities:  Implement the personnel administration activities including (Personnel Files, Resignation, Termination, Time & Attendance, Leaves, etc.).  Develop and maintain employee's database that contains all employee information (sick days taken, vacation days, etc…) in order to ensure efficient retrieval of information, whenever required.  Follow up and develop reports related to employee attendance to ensure compliance with working hour's policy.  Update employee's data on a monthly basis to ensure all employee relation information is up to date.  Maintain personnel files and employee records with all related administrative information across.  Coordinate with the core HR team on all areas related to Human Resources  Arrange interviews for candidates in...
