Responsibilities: Ensure admin jobs pertaining to Facility Management are catered to track the status of maintenance work. Record, manage and communicate day-to-day operations. Support in managing the organisation's resources, preparing facilities, evaluate the effectiveness of the current operations, making organisational and personnel decisions.
