Dubai - Reporting directly to the CEO and Board Credit Committee and overseeing a team of approx 100 staff this is a senior, high profile role requiring the successful candidate to have excellent leadership and local credit experience. Preferably from an international baking background the Head of Credit & Collections will be responsible for reviewing and refining the organisations credit policy and directing and driving best in class credit scoring and MIS capability across their Retail/Wealth (incl Cards) and SME/Microfinancing portfolio/s. As such the role requires strong gravitas to work with CEO and Board coupled with detailed techincal subject matter expertise in analysing crdit/scoring to ensure a fully robus credit and collections function is in place in line with best in class regional and global standards.
