Dubai - Yasmin Izzard A key client, a leading International Law firm, are looking to recruit a pro-active and enthusiastic Bilingual Legal Secretary to join their Corporate team. The successful applicant will assist the Associates and Partners in all Corporate Administrative duties. Tasks will include: Diary management Drafting of documents - POAs and MOAs Translation of documents from Arabic to English and vice versa Typing and amending of confidential legal documents Amendment of legal documents Additional secretarial duties Job Requirements: The successful candidate will have a strong legal and/or corporate secretarial background, and a law degree is preferred. She or he must have working knowledge of basic company law principles and company secretarial practices, as well as principles of good corporate governance.
