Johnson Controls - Dubai - Johnson Controls are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (ServiceMax & SFDC) to join our Regional IT - Business Operations & Services Team, to be based in Dubai. To be considered you must have 10+ years' experience in IT as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years proven experience of deploying ServiceMax into a Service business (L&M, O&M and PSA type contracts). It is essential that your ServiceMax deployment experience includes integration with an ERP or another application, you should understand business process of CRM, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Service Management, Logistics and Supply Chain. You must be able to write adhoc SQL scripts and have knowledge of operating systems including Windows Server 2008+ for Application Deployment.
