Includes monthly closing of books and records, oversight of bank accounts, independent verification of account balances, annual audits, tax etc. Regulatory and tax disclosures to regional authorities Monthly financial reporting - Managing relationships with key stakeholders in Dubai and London, as well as understanding US GAAP reporting requirements Management reporting.
