Kuwait City - >The incumbent will liaise closely with the CEO and Business Heads to understand the short and long-term goals of the bank and ensure that the output of departments tracks towards these goals. Develop relevant materials for the Board of Directors and run cadence of CEO/Executive Management Committee, Strategy Steering Committee and Board Strategy Committee meetings. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of the bank’s vision and strategy, coordinating the input and direction provided by the Board, CEO, DCEO and GMs. Lead the program management office activities of the bank and by doing so play a central role in coordinating the transformation activities of the bank.
