Expo2020 Dubai - Dubai - The Senior Manager Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is responsible for the development, maintenance and evolution of the CRM Platform and associated tools for Expo 2020. Main responsibilities for this role include: - Develop strategy surrounding resources, appoint the most appropriate team member and allocate the relevant resource in line with the requirements of the project; - Ensure key stakeholders remain aligned, and collaborate when required, across the Departments and Divisions of Expo 2020; - Maintain and foster relationships with a broad stakeholder base, including internal clients and external parties; - Implement and lead effective project change management solutions on behalf of the ICT Department; - Report against the financial performance of the project, highlighting and analysing material variances.
