Dubai - We are in Need of Project Coordinator with experience in KITCHEN and LAUNDRY. Candidates must have valid UAE driving license. Scope of Responsibilities. Attend Client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements. Assist the operations department in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, BBQ cash flows and preliminary schedules. Prepare project organization and communication charts. Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all concern members. Track the progress and quiality of work being performed by design diciplines/trade. Ensure clients need are met in timely. Review field inspection reports from Consultants, Clients and contractors throughout the lifecycle of the project.
