POSITION SUMMARY: Provides leadership and mentors junior personnel to develop appropriate skillsets. Supervises the use of a variety of hand and power tools; constructs, repairs, restores, and installs structural woodwork and related materials. Ensures personnel exhibit superior workmanship and focuses on a quality end product.
