POSITION SUMMARY: Under the guidance of the Subcontracts Manager and or Subcontracts Supervisor, prepares or perform requests for proposal, cost and price analysis, negotiations, subcontract orders, and modifications. Additionally, the SCA is responsible for development and completion of procurement files, auditing of procurement records, and administration of subcontract actions and vendor performance. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: Completion of subcontract actions from cradle-to-grave to include requests for proposal, bid analysis, award, and close-out, along with monitoring vendor performance and implementing necessary corrective actions.
