Abu Dhabi - Position Purpose: The Property Controller shall work across the Company's assigned Commercial portfolio, specifically within the site leasing offices and MDC BMS PM Administration offices. Prepare and review quarterly and year end reports. Provide accounting support to Property Manager. The Property Controller will be responsible for lease accounting & administrative duties and clerical functions in order to help with streamline day to day work required at the site leasing office. The Property Controller will also can represent and act as the first point of liaison between contractors, suppliers, tenant(s) and landlord(s). Ensure that all invoices received from the properties are approved, entered and paid within a timely manner. Access computerized financial information to resolve vendor and payment disputes.
