Kuwait - SWACC ESM Systems Engineer III- SCCM (7BR) Description POSITION SUMMARY: The ESM Systems Engineer III engineers and manages ESM systems, NETIQ, NETPRO, Symantec AV, MOM, SMS, Retina, Citadel Hercules, etc., including software and patch package development and Tier II and III troubleshooting. The position will report directly to the TNOSC Manager but also will be directed by the section team lead. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: 1. Provides network tier 0/1 POC and problem resolution services for all AOR post/camp/station (PCS) and provide all information related to reliability and availability of all resources. 2. Provides operational status data used in the development of a theater level Network Common Relevant Operational Picture (NETCROP) and provides TNOSC with regional operations capabilities. 3.
