Job Description:

Purchasing:
Preparing Purchase orders.
Issuing RFQ to local and international vendor
Price calculation and preparing comparative statement of prices.
Monitor the expediting system to ensure timely delivery of goods and services by the vendors.
Coordinating with Freight forwarder for delivery of goods.
Coordinating with accounts department for payment of suppliers.

Logistics and Stocks: 
Receiving of incoming goods and making entry.
Maintaining accurate inventory count, and submitting reports to management daily and monthly
Keeping record of balance material left after project completion.
Coordinating logistic activities in regards to deliveries of goods.
Sending the faulty machines for repairs under warranty.

Preparing Sales Quote 
Sending inquiry to vendors for products
Sourcing the new vendors on net.
Preparing invoices
Handling email correspondence of Customers, Vendors.
Handling Accounts (Sales, Purchase, Expense & Collections)


Qualifications & Skills: 
Purchasing background is MUST.
SAP knowledge is preferred.
Years of Experience: Min: 2 Max: 5
