Kuwait - One of the leading banks in Kuwait are looking for a Head of Internal Control to join their team. Title: Head of Internal Control Location: Kuwait Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities: Responsible for establishing the Internal Controls Framework and maintaining the effectiveness of the banks control environment. Provide leadership on all control related issues and leading controls training initiatives within ICD as well as across the Group. Conduct regular review of adequacy, design and operating effectiveness of the internal controls system of the bank. Define linkages and interactions with other control functions (e.g. Audit, Compliance, Risk and others) as applicable. Qualifications: Minimum years experience in similar function. Strong understanding of Compliance, Audit and Risk.
