Kuwait City - 1 Preparation of bank transfer letters, passing bank entries & allocation of Suppliers including related to employees. 2 Foreign Supplier Payments & Allocation 3 Handling all bank related jobs like Facility renewal, L/C, SBLC, Bank Guarantee, Loans etc. 4 Receiving all incoming documents & forwarding it to AGMF. After his remark giving it to concerned persons 5 Monitoring Stationery supplies 7 Maintaining Credit application list / amending the credit limits as required 8 Liquidity statement 9 Monitoring Bank accounts 10 Routine memos preparation. 11 Cheques & Other documents - sending it for signatures. 12 Preparing LPOs. 13 Filing 14 payroll attendance administration. 15 Any other job as assigned by AGM Finance.
