Dubai - Our client, a leading company in the UAE is looking for a Part-time Executive Coordinator to join their growing team in Dubai. As an Executive Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager's office, specifically the Executive Assistant to the General Manager. Duties include but not limited to: producing information, primarily in Arabic by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics, opening, sorting and analysing incoming memos, providing key resource support in the planning of various meetings and events and performing other tasks as requested by the GM. Skills To qualify for this role, candidate must have a proven ability and experience in administration and/or any related roles.
