Kuwait - Purpose: Develops, implements and coordinates the company's Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Program. The HSE Manager will establish and maintain procedures to prevent unsafe working conditions and adverse environmental situations. The HSE Manager will oversee the company's environmental compliance program,interpret regulations applicable to company operations, track regulatory changes,formulate policies and procedures to ensure compliance, and make recommendations to senior management on HSE requirements and performance.
