Kuwait - A- POSITION OVERVIEW The HR Manager plans, directs and coordinates human resources management activities of the company to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintains functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies and regulatory compliance. The H.R. Manager participates in the design of company's policies and procedures; and formulates strategy; and set performance targets for all resources. The HR Manager shall also develop manpower budget plan; design authority metrics, performance evaluation criteria and implement HR initiatives and policies. B-RESPONSIBILITIES: Guide the managers and other employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management.
