Kuwait - - Perform day to day employee relations including maintaining awareness of all personnel policies, answering HR questions, disciplinary issues, investigations and counseling and directing employees as appropriate. - Conduct proactive employee surveys, listening sessions, focus groups and one-on-one discussions to promote a positive work environment. - Advise and support management on the application of policies and procedures. - Generate regular and special reports for the HRS Manager that summarize and forecast business activities. - Responsible for updating the HR policies and procedures if needed.
