Abu Dhabi - This position is responsible for CCAD"s Contact Center, directing daily Contact Center operations, managing the Contact Center staff, and ensuring appropriate workforce management to ensure delivery of Contact Center services that meet KPIs. Monitors and manages all Contact Center activity to ensure metrics are met daily with a positive patient experience. Must be able to motivate team members and produce positive outcomes in all functional areas. Implements hospital and departmental policies and procedures in accordance with the guidelines established by Multispecialty Academic Medical Center Abu Dhabi. This position closely interfaces with the Executive Administration Officer and other Chief Officers who have staff embedded within the Contact Center.
