Kuwait - Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Involves himself in all phases of the daily operational requirements in the cold section & hot of the kitchen. Supervises staff in the cold& hot section in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the standard menu guidelines. Ensures that all cold& hot section staff are performing at the level required by a professional kitchen. Works with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in updating recipes, menu planning and planning of food design in order to create perfect’s match between the dish’s aspect and it’s taste. Check BEO and delegate specified duties to staff. Monitor regular standards of production to ensure highest level of quality. Ensure that all food items specified in the BEO are complete and in accordance with the kitchen standards before leaving the kitchen.
