Kuwait City - To receive all visitors / clients politely and guide them to the concerned sales personnel or any other personnel in the company or keep the clients waiting at the waiting lounge until their required personnel arrives to office while ensuring that they have no inconvenience at any point of time. In the case of absence of sales personnel, must attend to the client's enquiries and document/ log it for the concerned party. To Receive all incoming calls to the company politely and divert them to concerned personnel or take note of all incoming messages, in the absence of the staff in the office and communicate to them immediately or later according to the seriousness of the message.
