Kuwait - Basic Job Responsibilities Assist in planning and directing the Food Preparation and Culinary Activities. Provide assistance in modifying the Menus and create new ones that meet the Quality Standards. Estimate the food requirements and place for the orders accordingly. Supervise and manage the Kitchen Staff and their tasks. Arrange for the Equipment purchases and repairs. Rectify arising problems and complaints from the Clients. Make sure that all the Kitchen Staff and yourself comply with Nutrition, Sanitation Regulations and Safety Standards. Keep Time and Attendance records of the Kitchen Staff. Maintaining Quality Control & Inventory Management. And any further arising additional job responsibilities.
