Kuwait - Deals with the manager incoming mail Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Receiving the posts from departments and projects for approval and manager review. Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner Performs some translation in both Arabic and English as requested. Organizes meetings, receiving visitors to the top management. Other duties as assigned Skills Secretarial skills and experience, including accurate typing in both Arabic and English. Excellent computer skills. Experience in administration and able to draft letters. Professional translation in both Arabic and English. Ability to work independently and professionally. Ability to handle extremely details and highly confidential information. Experience for five years in a similar position.
