Kuwait City - 1. Renewal of Commercial licenses & other licenses for all groups companies 2. Renewal of Driving License of the drivers for Company owned vehicles. 3. Handle full paperwork of Application for New Work Visa , Commercial & Visit Visa. 4. Issuing and renewal of Civil ID. 5. Handling of all residence permit issues of the employees; renewal, immigration work and executing all statutory obligations as per the guidelines from the Ministry of Labor. 6. Handling work related to Medicals, finger print appointment with Ministry of Interior. 7. Renewal of licenses and other work as when arises from the Kuwait Traffic Department. 8. Working closely with HR , Finance department related with administration department. 9. Archive and maintain all document related to department. 10. Resolve the problems & queries of the staff & effectively communicate with the department heads on the status related to the residency renewals & related issues.
