Kuwait - Supervise the daily operational aspects of new Trade Finance business. Monitor of conditions precedent in the Facility Documentation and ensuring all compliance certificates as envisaged are received on a timely basis. Pro-active follow up with borrower/Facility Agent for receipt of these certificates. Notifying borrower regarding communications from lenders regarding market disruption, illegality, increased costs, submission of financial statements, and other documents by the borrower and other terms of the facility agreement. Maintaining proper files and records for all transactions of the Division. Skills Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Business Administration/Finance/ Accountancy. 5 years experience in a banking credit operations role.
