Kuwait - JOB PURPOSE / ROLE: To care for existing high affluent clients, acquire lost clients (to our competition), and attract new clients within the high income segment. AlRuwwad clients are high income professionals (Doctors, Judges, CEO's, Ministers etc) who need constant customer care, follow up, monthly client visits, weekly communication, and finally a relationship manager who goes the extra mile to ensure satisfaction with KFH Group offer. Ensure strict adherence to achieving the Job KPI which include and not limited to Generating revenue, increasing sales growth, and achieving a perfect customer experience and Service Excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales and Relationship Management Ensure Zero-Loss of existing clients. Ensure Clients are visited at their domicile/work/venue of their choice, and a schedule is maintained on a daily basis for such activities.
