Kuwait City - Greet and receive patients. Direct the patients to the appropriate doctors. Receive and screen patient telephone calls. Take messages from patients and respond professionally to their queries. Respond to patients giving them details of clinic and the services available. Set up and manage office files and correspondence. Record patient details and daily cash receipt to the system. Maintain record of the Medical supply pending bills and keep the doctor informed of the payments to be made. Make note of the payments made by the patients and amount due. Skills The ideal candidate would have a friendly and outgoing personality. Neat and trendy in appearance, dependable and highly organized. Shorthand/fast notes skills will be preferred. PC skills in MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
