Kuwait City - We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager/ Supervisor or Sr. Officer for No 1 Fisheries Company in Kuwait (Fresh & Frozen Sea Food Products). Only qualified candidates who are having past experience in Food Industry/ Production (in particular Fisheries; Fresh and Frozen) are welcomed to apply: Job Descriptions Create and update the quality control standards/ procedures and specifications. Update and Train employees on the implementation of the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and document SOP files/ records. Control and Audit all concerned departments vs the Quality Management Systems (QMS) Ensure implementation of QMS guidelines on periodic and timely basis. Follow up the Industrial Hygiene/ Occupational Health standards and rules. Ensure checking out the Raw Materials prior to manufacturing process. Evaluate suppliers of Raw Materials and ensure coordination with purchasing. Participate in the Employee's Management Performance Evaluations....
