Dubai - The Office Administration Support position with will require taking on several important roles within the company as well as coordinating various support services. There will be requirement for basic administrative tasks (answering the phone, photocopying, mailing, filing, word processing). On top of which you'll prepare correspondences, reports, presentations, and manage the executive's schedule. In some settings, you may have to research and compile data and provide assistance in establishing and coordinating the implementation of company administrative policies. You may perform some Accounts Payable and Receivable functions and additional accounting duties.
