Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Software Developer with minimum 3 years of experience in Software Engineering. Responsibilities include module/code design and implementation and module unit testing. The ability to create functional and technical design specifications for development efforts is essential.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Comp. Engineering or Information Systems

Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Must be flexible to work independently or as part of a team

Must be a self-motivated person with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.

Must be familiar with all phases of Software Development Lifecycle

Excellent communication skills

Excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills

Clean coding style

The candidate must possess strong programming skills, with extensive experience in the following technologies in the last 3 years:
Object Oriented Programming

VC++, C# or Java

.NET or MFC/ATL
Remoting technologies such as .NET Remoting or COM+
Knowledge of UML, WIN32 API, Web programming, Crystal Reports, RDBMS, J2EE, XML/XSL will be a definitive advantage.
Industry certifications such as MCSD will be considered a plus
