Job purpose:
The Pre/post sales consultant is responsible for managing and leading pre-sale activities across Middle East market. The position directly supports sales productivity and customer relations, by understanding customer requirements and securing the "technical close" with complex solutions.
As the Pre/post sales consultant it is your responsibility to build and develop solutions for clients that incorporate the complete product portfolio available and pushing the boundaries of solutions delivered and supported for our clients. Proven record and previous experience working on business & transformation projects.
Job responsibility:
- Ability to manage projects and ensure timely completion of project milestones- Ability to lead project meetings and lead teams to predefined objectives- Proactively manages the relationships with the project stakeholders to ensure success of projects and business initiatives through business process analysis and change management.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate and run sessions independently, identify issues, gain clarity on key items and/or negotiate closure with project stakeholders- Knowledgeable in designing and constructing business processes, sub processes and their links to automated tasks in IT.- Knowledge in gathering user requirements and the ability to translate the knowledge of relevant business process standards (for example, business process modeling notation).- Experience with process documentation, process modelling and creation of written procedures and or work instructions.- The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be self-directed, motivated with strong analytical skills, systematic planning abilities and high attention to detail.- Self-starter with avid problem-solver- Manage opportunities identified by Account Managers, prioritize efforts based on maximizing total impact on team Productivity and profit, or as directed by the Operations Manager.- Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers' needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the Organization.
Job Requirements:
- 5 plus years of experience in process documentation/modelling
- Minimum 5 plus years of GULF experience B2B enterprise pre sales
- Arabic language is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Experience training and producing training materials is a plus
- Consulting experience is a must have (technical and commercial)
- Experience using process/data modelling software
