Dubai - Legal Researcher Legal Sector My client, a non-profit organization are looking for a Legal Researcher to join their expanding team. Below are some of the duties you will be required to fulfill: Duties: - Manage and implement the full-cycle process of mediation between members, and from non-members with commercial complaints and disputes; - Provide sound and legal information to external inquirers on various commercial legal issues; - Organise legal seminars, conferences and workshops on variety of legal topics; - Draft contracts & agreements; - Develop and manage the contract services; - Raise IT issues related to security when required; - Review laws & regulations and comment on them as and when required; - Other relevant tasks of the job purpose when, and if required.
