Qatar - About Your Job: You will be accountable to support the HR Manager-QACC in a range of HR services to QACC (flight catering subsidiary) employees from joining to expiry of contract and assisting in all matters pertaining to employees' services. You will be responsible for HRMS entries of staff salaries, re-designations, leaves, separations etc. are regularly uploaded in the Oracle database systems. Oversee production of standard responses and internal & external letters which includes issuance of ID card requests, generate monthly statistics reports etc. You will be asked to manage the team of HR coordinators. Over sees and take part in investigation/disciplinary session for QACC staff. Establish and maintain confidential filling system, categorize and maintain manuals.
