Design, initiate and implement in a timely manner safe food systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Kitchen Audits and any other system that the company will adopt. Develop food safety manuals. Conduct courtesy calls and visits. Conduct kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis reports. After being trained by Boecker® on the courses delivered within Boecker® scope of work, provide and deliver training courses exclusively to Boecker® clients as directed by the company's management. Organize training venues, logistics, transport, and accommodation as required to achieving efficient training attendance. Manage training delivery, measurement and follow up as needed.
