EY - Dubai - Executive Director, Tax Accounting & Risk Advisory Services As an Executive Director, you'll combine strong technical skills with practical commercial, legislative and industry knowledge to provide tax accounting under either IFRS or US GAAP, or both; IFRS conversion analysis; and tax compliance services tailored to your clients. In providing these services, you'll build valued relationships with your clients and internal peers. You'll create, lead and motivate high-performing teams and help staff members build their skills. You'll also be responsible for managing the economics of the engagement as well as adherence to our Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) guidelines.
