Doha, Qatar - Liaison between HR & employees to ensure proper discussion & resolution of issues / concerns. Respond to, update employee's on their enquiries about different HR & Admin Services. Meet with employees (at work or at camp) to discuss complaints & document it for reference. Ensure closure (resolution or response) for all received employee complaints through coordination with Compensation, Administration & other HR functions. Investigate incidences (fights, thefts, ethics or major policy infractions), to determine the transpired events & culprits. Conduct Exit Interviews of resigned employees to obtain necessary details aiding their decision to leave. Ensure compliance of assigned HR processes, services & activities at assigned division(s) to support HR Team in HR process implementation. Follow up with Division Heads on pending leaves, certificates & other approvals in HRMS.
