Commercial Account manager Functions
Including but not limited to the following:
1. Focus on quality customer service & emphasis on customers benefit.
2. Maintaining relations with new clients & retention of old ones.
3. Creating a pool of committed, profitable customers for long time scale and building sound relationship with them.
4. Find out what information & which products or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information on that basis.
5. Having regular meetings with the existing clients to check Talabat service with them.
6. Following up with the concern department until the problem gets fixed
7. Continuous support for partners in accommodating all their needs.
8. Committed towards delivering targets on time as per head of department / company policy
9. Committed towards selling online platforms to meet monthly allocated targets
10. Sales initiatives and evaluations to make recommendations to prospect clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business requirements.
11. Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers
12. Producing a detailed, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales and targets report/ plan in conjunction with the Regional Head of Commercial
