QPM - Qatar - Job Purpose Manage the project management technical team to provide management oversight of design and engineering during the post contract and construction stage to meet the requirements of the client by reviewing, coordinating, monitoring and managing design / supervision consultants.; Liaise with client to ensure complete satisfaction on design related aspects of the project..
